Abstract is a one page introductory description of the work to be submitted which includes: title, authors, summary and keywords. It is intended to present key points and progress of the full conference paper or workshop presentation. In turn, the EEIC organizers can prepare the program layout of the conference according to the submissions received.
Note that the official language is English. However, presentations for the workshops can be performed also in Portuguese and Spanish.

Authors whose abstracts are accepted will be invited to submit full papers. All papers to be presented in the scientific sessions go through a complete reviewing process by the Scientific Committee. Accepted papers will be published in the EEIC 2016 proceedings with ISBN (some papers may not be published in the proceedings if asked by the corresponding authors).

Works to be presented in the workshops will be reviewed only by the organizing committee based on the adequacy of the contents for the workshop in which the work is intended to be presented. Final submission consists of a presentation with up to 20 slides describing the work.
